4 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms / Sleeps 8

Villa Kerasi stands next door to Villa Frankosiko. The villas are 35 metres apart and look out to sea in different directions so, with private grounds bordered by fence panels and cypress trees for each villa, there is good privacy.

An east coast road starts at Gaios port and passes a string of beaches before turning inland to Fontana village. The villas are set back from this road just 400 metres away from the sea. Gaios is 1.5 kilometres away.

The villas are identical and have been finished to a high, modern standard.

Spacious interiors open out on to large terraces with views over olive groves, hilltops of cypress trees and across the sea to the Greek mainland and Corfu.

Each villa has a private swimming pool 10 x 4 metres & depth 0.80 - 1.70 metres

Maid service & linen change twice weekly

Location: car hire recommended. Gaios is a walk of about 25 minutes but a hire car will give you ease of access to all parts of the island. Gaios has waterfront tavernas and café bars, shops close to its pretty square and boat hire. Gaios is a drive of 5 minutes and Loggos is a drive of 10 minutes.

Accommodation: each villa has a ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite bathroom; one bedroom with bunk beds; cloakroom. First floor of two double bedrooms (each can be converted into twin beds) each with an en suite bathroom.

Facilities:

  • Air-con throughout

"Something to make you smile....
We arrived here yesterday afternoon, dumped our bags ,stripped off and cooled off in the pool.
No-one around , so naked.
The wind slammed the door behind us. There is no handle on the outside, one can only open it with a key, which was on the inside of the house.
So....there we were , nobody next door, all gear phone etc in the locked house.
The road outside is un-surfaced, and pretty uncomfortable for bare feet, and the neighboring house is some distance, they were surprised to see a naked person approach!!

I am kidding....only partly....luckily there was an unlocked sliding door that we managed to open...."
