Efkalyptos
Set in large private grounds, surrounded by olive groves, Villa Efkalyptos is a spacious and comfortable retreat above the sea.
Views from the villa’s many terraces are across the sea to the island of Zakynthos, along Kefalonia’s forested south coast and up to the slopes of Mount Aenos.
Spartia village with its sandy beach is just a 10 minute walk. Argostoli, the island’s capital town is a 20 minute drive. Between Spartia and Argostoli there are many large and small sandy beaches.
Efkalyptos will appeal to those wanting a variety of on-site facilities to entertain all ages: a 60 square metre pool, a tennis court, petanque/boules pitch and for anyone wanting just peace and quiet: a selection of part shaded terraces with sunbeds and hammocks.
The villa has 6 bedrooms and 2 of these bedrooms each have 2 sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms (except one) have access to outside terraces and all bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower (one has a bath and shower).

Location: car hire recommended. The village of Spartia has 2 minimarkets and 2 tavernas. Just above Spartia’s sandy beach there are 2 more tavernas, specialising in locally caught fish. There are many more tavernas and supermarkets along the south coast.

Ground floor of a large, open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; 2 bedrooms each with 2 sets of bunk beds and each with en suite bathroom; cloakroom. First floor of 4 double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom.
