Just past the school and Thimari taverna in the village of Bogdanatika, 1.5 kilometres inland from Gaios, a track winds its way through olive groves to the west coast hamlet of Vlachoplatika. On the outskirts, Avlaki Stone House is on a hillside of olive groves with dramatic views over Avlaki Bay.
The surrounding hillsides and valleys are beautifully natural terraces of olive groves, dry stone walls, pine forest and cypress copse.
Recently completed, Avlaki Stone House has total privacy. Modern, stylish furnished interiors open out on to a large pool terrace and a spacious, covered dining and barbecue area with a well equipped kitchen.

Location: car hire recommended. The village of Bogdanatika, just under a kilometre away, has 2 tavernas and a supermarket. Magazia, about a kilometre away, has 2 tavernas, 2 café bars and a minimarket. Avlaki beach is a steepish walk of 15 minutes. It is a 10 minute drive to the shops, tavernas, boat hire and beaches of Loggos, Lakka or Gaios, and a 10 minute drive to Erimitis beach.
Accommodation: ground floor of an open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen; one single bedroom; bathroom with shower. First floor of one double bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower; one twin bedroom (can convert to a double); bathroom with shower.
