Olive Grove
Olive Grove overlooks the east coast of Paxos and is just a few hundred metres away from west coast sunsets.
The villa has total privacy and is surrounded by a natural wilderness of olive groves and cypress forest. The nearest building, about 300 metres away but not visible, is the property "Lakka View".
Views from the front terraces are down a series of olive groves and a valley of olive, myrtle and broom and across the sea to the mountains of Epirus on the Greek mainland.
The village of Magazia, with its excellent tavernas, is a ten minute drive away.
Renovated to incorporate modern standards of comfort, Olive Grove was once a traditional island home. Its Italian owner has carefully retained its original features and added some stylish touches.
Spread over four olive grove terraces, the swimming pool terrace is at the top and lower down an expansive terrace incorporates a large dining and relaxing marquee. In between are several stone patios bordered by citrus trees.
Peaceful seclusion with colourful, dramatic sea views and by night, the twinkling lights of mainland villages in the distance.
Maid service 5 days per week and linen change twice weekly

Location: some parts of the access track are uneven so jeep hire is recommended. Magazia is 2 kilometres away; Loggos and Lakka are 4 kilometres.
Accommodation: the main house has an open-plan sitting room and dining area leading through to the kitchen; one double bedroom and en suite bath and shower room; one twin bedroom and en suite shower room. Small garden bedroom (accessed externally) with a single bed and an en suite shower room.
