Lavinia
Agios Nikitas is a small seaside resort/village, squeezed into a valley above a small beach, on Lefkas’ west coast just 10 kilometres south of Lefkas Town.
Above the village, mostly hidden within hillside olive groves and pine forest, are just a few small clusters of villas with stunning west coast views. Lavinia is one of these villas.
This area is good for those wanting to be close to the larger sandy beaches of Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Gialos, Kalamitsi and Kathisma.
Villa Lavinia sits on private hillside terraces and is surrounded by a beautiful, natural landscape of olive, cypress and umbrella pine trees. It is an elegant hideaway for grownups - there are too many hillside drops for toddlers.
Agios Nikitas is 750 metres away – an easy walk down but a hot walk back up. From here there is a shuttle boat service to the beautiful beaches of Milos and Kathisma.
Villa Lavinia looks out over Agios Nikitas Bay and across the sea to the island of AntiPaxos and the mountains of the mainland beyond (distant views on clear days). A theatrical spot to watch the sun set behind a horizon of sea and cypress trees.

Location: car hire recommended to explore the many diverse parts of the island. Agios Nikitas has a good selection of tavernas, bars, shops and minimarkets. Inland from Agios Nikitas are many small roads leading to more traditional hilltop villages and hamlets.
